MERCER
美世 returns as a valued partner for our event, collaborating on a research initiative focused on UK Pay Gap reporting and pay transparency. With the EU Directive Pay Transparency and Equal Pay Directive driving change across the region, this survey aims to delve into the current landscape and advancements within organisations concerning pay gap and pay transparency reporting in the UK, which aren't directly impacted by the new legislation.

The questionnaire encompasses a range of questions that explore different facets of pay gaps and pay transparency. We estimate that it will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and we kindly request all responses to be submitted by 31st May?2024.

30% CLUB
30% Club UK is an ideal partner for the Women in Work Summit due to its belief in collaborative, business-driven initiatives that can hasten the journey toward improved gender balance across all organisational tiers. Unlike advocating for mandatory quotas (except in exceptional situations), the 30% Club champions a voluntary approach, seeing it as the avenue to achieve substantive and lasting transformations.
Their initiatives align seamlessly with individual company endeavours and existing networking circles, enhancing these initiatives through cooperation and the overt, voluntary endorsement of senior business figures.
THE FEMALE LEAD
Our new collaboration with The Female Lead ?provides us with valuable insights into women's needs in the workplace across different life stages.
Our partnership involves analysing crucial data points, which will be presented at the Women in Work Summit to delve deeper into the insights previously shared in The Female Lead's "Women at Work: Breaking Free of The ‘Unentitled Mindset’" report.
The role of females in the workplace has changed over the last few decades but has not yet reached parity. There is still a bias in many institutional policies and practices because they were originally designed for and by males. This may be unintentional, but they do exist. We see many influences and changes that are encouraging but not enough to give women an equal chance to perform and to sustain their careers over the years, especially where other factors come into play, making mid-career trajectories look very poor in comparison to men’s. Men and women need to work together to eliminate the bias of working practice ‘norms’ that we have named the ‘unentitled mindset’." Edwina Dunn OBE , CEO & Founder of The Female Lead.
