No more running away from the calling to stop this sociopathic political and economic system. #empowerher again.

Misogyny. Family on a backburner. Harassment. No role models. Fundraising biases. Judgment. Self esteem. Party toxicity.?

VS.?

Service. New culture. Femininity. Radical kindness. Compassionate listening. Rebirth. Sophia’s century. Purpose.

Which side of the political engagement dilemma do you lean into?

And what about the oh-so-talented woman next to you, who you know has all it takes (in principle) to run-the-world…

but for some reason (see above) she decides to stay away from the oh-so-dirty game of politics.?

Here’s one less reason not to.?

Marianne Williamson and her decision to try again.

• A role model for those of us who dedicate their life’s work to transforming humanity through the aligned power of evolving women.
• A fascinating example of a leader who created her job, her niche, her own way of contributing to political conversations and her unique narrative disregarding what the old paradigm is preaching.
• An inspiration for anybody considering political engagement, scared of the almost inevitable hardship that may look like humiliation and bullying - unless you do the work that shifts how you experience the experience.
• A confidence boost for anybody scared of failure, loss of their face, money, friends, anonymity. An invitation to listen to the tiny whisper calling you into your purposeful path instead of the loud voice of the ego scaring you away with the above threats.

My spiritual guide, teacher and role model for the work I do as a policy expert, political mentor and a coach for women, activists and change agents committed to a new culture of leadership.?

When declaring her decision to run again for the US President, she pointed to some of the most painful realities killing our society (unfortunately, a universal killer beyond the US):?

The accumulation of wealth in the hands of the few, the ones who continue getting more.?She says that the opponent, the element oppressing people today is not one institution or a party, it is

an economic mindset that has had its grip on the [...] people for the last 50 years. It is a sociopathic economic system.

My invitation today is not to focus on the diagnosis.

It is our job to create a vision of justice and love that is so powerful it will override the forces of hatred and injustice and fear. This country is drowning in information and starving for understanding.

My invitation is to consider what we KNOW deep down is our JOB and what we are willing to do to pursue it.

Do we choose to look at the pain threats? Or do we choose to look at the possibility that there might be another way?

For those of us in Europe, the attention is slowly shifting to 2024 European Parliament elections.

And hopefully, at least among the more conscious political party leaders, to radically upgrading the support offered to female candidates.
