More Resources on Your Neurodivergent Journey

I picked up a magazine the other day titled “ADHD”. It’s a single issue magazine meant to have all the answers for?someone who was recently diagnosed with ADHD.

It’s a pretty comprehensive document and I’m sure I will be able to use some of the information with my clients in the future.

It got me thinking though, what are the newsletters on LinkedIn and elsewhere that I subscribe to that I would encourage others to subscribe to?

So I made a list of people I encourage you to connect with and learn from:

Leanne Maskell of ADHDWorks. Leanne has her own training company where she trains ADHD people to be ADHD coaches for others. Her newsletters are vulnerable and to the point. She pulls no punches.

Theo Smith of Neurodiversity World. He co-founded his company and he is a global keynote speaker.

Prof. Amanda Kirby MBBS MRCGP PhD FCGI is the co-founder of Do-It Solutions which has a neurodivergent assessment.

Dr Samantha Hiew writes about AuDHD & Women specifically.

Finally, Penelope Trunk is someone who I have been reading and listening to for over 10 years. She is an uncommon voice for autistic individuals. She has owned several companies and writes an amazing blog.

Check them out!
