Words are more potent than anything that you can possibly think of. Comments can drive people happy, inject kicks into veins, and even squiz out tears from the lacrimal glands (you may call it tears). This may save a goddamn life.

So don't hesitate to ask, if you see someone searching thyself in shadows - ARE YOU OK?

The world has seen enough suicidal cases, mentally unwell & depressed souls throughout centuries. However, it's been 29 years since the first World Mental Health Day was celebrated on 10th October 1992.?Do we really aware of this even now??

If we do, then how come around 10,000 people die every year only in Bangladesh alone committing suicide? More than 700,000 in the world.?

That concludes, we are not yet educated, aware, and advocated enough against all the social stigmas out there. Can't we do what is supposed to be done in decades?

Care to Save a life

We should come forward to save lives. Looking around and reaching out to those who genuinely need somebody to talk to, sharing words that show care. These are all it takes, nothing else. It is high time to know how to help mentally unwell people come out of the trauma they are going through.
