Since Fermented Lifestyle has a focus on what is happening around the world with wine & food tours we make sure to take note about anything out of the ordinary....and creating a building that encompasses over 20 acres of food venues (and if it is in Italy there has to be wine available too).
Personally I have been to the Eataly in New York and walked by the sooned to be opened one in Chicago (2 summers ago)...they are a fantastic place to visit..the food seems to be near endless...it was as if I died and went to heaven..YUM!!! I love Italian food but it continues to amaze me how much effort in capital (for this project $106 Million) and human resources is being expended towards the coming explosion of tourism centered on food and wine in country after country. Wine & food lovers can begin to rethink how they will spend their vacations. The possibilities may soon be endless and fermented Lifestyle will play a significant role in this explosion!
