More Powerful Questions for Leaders

Many of the Leaders I work with say that they want to improve their Coaching skills. I believe that employing a Coach approach is valuable for Leaders because it builds their employees thinking skills, independence, and empowerment. It also increases two-way communication and allows the Leader to build their understanding of their operations and business.

Since asking questions is the most important Coaching skill, I provided questions for Leaders to ask in my last blog post. Here are more questions for Leaders to ask, which came from Choice Magazine (a magazine for Coaches). I have modified them slightly:
