Rayner Personnel franchise owner Craig Cassidy enjoyed such success last year that he is taking on a second franchise area in 2018. The former top-performing Connells director bought his Rayner Personnel South-East London franchise just six months ago but, having achieved even better results than expected, he leapt at the opportunity to clinch the North London territory as well.

Craig’s expanded region takes in “any area of London with an SE or N postcode”. He attributes his success to “talking to clients in detail to fully understand their individual requirements and then actively sourcing and vetting potential candidates who actually meet the criteria, rather than doing what many recruiters do - simply bombarding them with unsuitable people.”

The well-connected recruiter now plans to grow the business by signing up more employers to Rayner Personnel’s bespoke service. He also intends to expand the scope of the business to incorporate architects, property surveyors and land and new homes staff, as well as the traditional estate agency roles.
