We are so sick to death of getting a 'New Tender' email from a potential client.. That you know is just a formality. They already have someone in mind, they just have to fulfil their own funding criteria of getting 3 or more quotes for the work.. But you still get that glimmer of But maybe… Just maybe they are being honest and will chose someone new, who has a solid track record of content in their sector..” And this is enough to make you put in the hours putting a full pitch together all bells and whistles.. late nights, weekends gone, and you feel really confident. 

And then after the pitch a few days or a week or so later.. the blanket email comes in

“Thank you so much for your hard work, but unfortunately we have decided to go with another company on this occasion” 

Well we are joining the revolution! Even large creative companies such as Across The Pond are setting the standards, not wasting valuable time and effort..

Fuck tenders. Would you walk into the doctor and ask 4 of them to pitch to you? Knowing they’re going to gloss their biggest bullshit and actually you probably just want to use the person you trust. TRUST. fuck tenders.
