More love, more money, more health

No need to learn a thousand methods


Short on time? Skip the first paragraphs and go directly below to the step-by-step guide to creating the life you truly desire.


You are unique and the way you experience life is yours and only yours but what I have learnt through years of personal practice and work with my clients is that the core of our fears is the same for all of us.


This means the path to freedom is the same for all of us as well.


Do you remember what I told you last time?


The body is the material aspect of the unconscious mind. By definition, the unconscious is not accessible. But the body is. You can touch it and feel what is physically happening within yourself. Therefore, working with the body is the only way to transform the unconscious neural architecture created by the traumas you experienced.


In fact, and that is what is interesting with this approach compared to others such as counselling, when you work with your body, you do two things simultaneously: you heal your traumas and at the same time you create the life you truly desire. Both processes go hand in hand.


The memory of the trauma is what is preventing you from experiencing love, wealth, and/or health. But when you focus on what you want to create instead of putting your attention on the trauma, the healing necessarily happens without you having to dig up all your past.


Let’s make all this more concrete. As I promised you in my previous email, today we refine the practice with this simple step-by-step guide to creating specific experiences in your life. Don’t worry if you don’t remember the first three steps, you can find them here.


  1. Sigh of relief.
  2. Let the energy follow the breath and fall into your centre, in your basin.
  3. Stay there and feel the peace - take a few minutes more if needed until you feel something loosen within you and your body profoundly relax .
  4. Bring to your mind the image of an experience you would like to enjoy and let your body feel the delicious feelings of living it. Feel it like it is real, like it is happening now. Feel it in your body, not in your mind.
  5. Listen to the oppositions your ego will throw at you and pay attention to the contractions in your body.
  6. Acknowledge the existence of those oppositions and contractions and dissolve them in the happiness of the projected experience.
  7. Tell your body it is safe in this new experience and press your hands over your entire body to imprint this safety and happiness in the physical dimension of your being.
  8. Don’t expect anything. Simply know that it is bound to happen. Knowing is also something that takes place in the body, not in the mind. Accept that what you desire can happen without you knowing how or which shape it will take.
  9. Trust and repeat, repeat, repeat, until you have cleansed all disbelief and resistance. Six times a day is a bare minimum.


Be assiduous - a few minutes daily for a lifetime of happiness is worth it!
