More layoffs are on the way. Do this to protect yourself.

For some of you, this is the hardest season you’ve ever faced.

It’s like 1 blow after another.

It feels IMPOSSIBLE to get a single win.

Everything is hard.

We’re taught that our lives are supposed to look a certain way (a steady career, a perfect partner, a hot body, lots of money, etc.).

But when you engage with real life, you quickly realize it just doesn’t work that way.

There is no way that I or anyone else can change how hard life is.

It will be hard.

You don’t need to fix or correct yourself.

You don’t need to push even harder to try to get out of the situation. But you do need to bet on yourself – especially when you’re at your lowest.

You also need community – people who will support and hold during the journey.

You don’t need to be “high vibe” or “energized”

You just need to be willing to build, one brick at a time, alongside other like-minded people.

During the darkest seasons, surround yourself with people who get it – who get YOU.

Find people who will honor your talent, wisdom, and humanity.

Build your business with them, no matter how you might be feeling in the moment.
