More interaction with a coach doesn’t equal better results

More interaction with a coach doesn’t equal better results

I’ve had a few conversations recently with men who want to get back in shape.

Some of them said that they can meet with a personal trainer 3x a week for 1h at a lower rate.

After I dived deeper into what the gameplan was with the trainer and how they would help them get six pack lean, there were no answers.

There’s a big difference between coaching on time and coaching on results.

You can have a personal trainer come to your house 7 days a week for 1 hour for a year and still look like you don’t lift.

Or you can have a coach give you exactly what you need to get ripped in the fastest time possible.

We guarantee our clients results if they follow the plan we put together for them.

The personal trainer charging you per month doesn’t guarantee results.

I recently onboarded a client who worked with a personal trainer for 2 years and he’s at 30% bodyfat after doing a dexa scan.

He gained more muscle mass and stronger during those two years, but didn’t lose bodyfat which was his initial goal when signing up with his trainer.

So while he only paid 50 bucks per hour, that was 640 dollars a month with his 4x weekly sessions.

That makes it 15k+ over 2 years with no results to show for.

If I could get you a six pack within 1h and that hour is 15k or you could pay a trainer 15k for two years to achieve the same, would you really wait 2 years to get a six pack?

Coaching on time is not the same as coaching on results.
