What do i mean? As AI begins to weave its way into day to day operations within the workplace, two things will happen: cost of operations will decrease, need for specific skill sets increases.

So what will happen next? Well the labour market will change massively. But not immediately.

The inflection point will be when the cost of acquiring a specific skill becomes cheaper, quicker and easier to obtain. Will it happen soon? Possibly. Will it happen easily? No.
