More from The D5 Project: an award and continuing the journey of business banking.

Last Monday was a big day for everyone involved with Market Gravity and The D5 Project as we were named Advisory Firm of the Year at the Canadian FinTech & AI Awards!

Our SME Banking project earlier in the year was a big part of this as we spent 5 weeks uncovering the 5 biggest problems faced by small business owners and create 5 propositions for how banks could serve them better. All can be found here: d5smebanking.com

But enough of the self congratulation, to business! We've just kicked off the next phase of our business banking journey as we take The D5 Project into Commercial Banking. We will be especially focusing on mid-size enterprises with around a $50m-$150m annual turnover. They have more complex needs and are very dependent on a human touch from their bank(s).

Over the next 5 weeks, we'll be exploring how banks can better serve the needs of these businesses, again travelling across Canada from coast to coast with stops in Moncton, Montreal, GTA, Edmonton and Vancouver.
