?? More EASY Tips for Your Web Presence...
Hi!
Last week, I told you that I'm kicking off 2025 by giving you 25 super easy tips you can use to level up your web presence this year. I'm sharing them daily on social media and providing a consolidated version to subscribers... that's you!!
The first tip was to check the copyright date at the bottom of your site to make sure it shows the current year. Here's what I've shared since then:
2. Avoid centering paragraph text.
On websites and in emails, centering text actually makes it harder to process, particularly for those with dyslexia and other processing disorders.
Use centering for short blurbs like headlines or quotes.
3. Create a tagline that works.
Your site's tagline tells visitors (and Google!) a lot about your website. Make sure it's clear about your organization and what you do. The default "Just another WordPress site" or "Powered by Shopify" will not do the job.
4. Your site should advance your goals.
Your website is the only part of your organization that never sleeps, gets sick, or takes a vacation. It should advance your goals and be your most valuable employee!

5. Look at your site's page titles
You may not think about your site's page titles, but your visitors do. So does Google! Simple changes here can really boost your SEO.
6. Do a regular website audit.
Do a regular audit of your website and look at it the way your visitors do. Keep an eye out for any changes, such as in staff or policies, that you should update.
Remember, you can find the daily tips on the platform of your choice:
Which of these tips are you going to try on your own website? Send me a quick DM and let me know.
In the meantime, keep swimming along!
