Issue 76: More To Come Unfortunately

Issue 76: More To Come Unfortunately

ere are thirty or so individuals that didn’t plan to leave Microsoft. There are lots of people (like me years ago) that think of LinkedIn as a job search site (or realize that it’s more than that but weren’t planning to leave).

There are a lot of opportunities for people with experience working with Microsoft. A huge partner community means lots of other employers and possibly good benefits (Microsoft’s were GREAT).

So many to highlight so let’s get started.

Priyank is also effected

Priyank Kapadia is another 3rd degree connection.

Ben Smoot (3rd degree)

Ben Smoot is a 3rd degree connection and this shows you a simple search for Microsoft layoff turned up way more results than just these.

Another 3rd Degree

Lauren Szymanski is 3rd degree from me and lists Bethesda Softworks as her employer.

Nine mutual connections

PJ Forgione doesn’t post much on LinkedIn. Open To Work posts get a lot of views and I found turning them off (even for a day) and back on again periodically can jolt your network and others back into views and comments/reshares.

Every time I've thought "that name is unique..."

Neky Romero is unique. One connection in common and open to opportunities!

Trenton - back to 3rd degree

Trenton Robinson isn’t unique on LinkedIn. Found the right one by adding games after first + last name!
