It is no more call to the customer but talks to the customer if you want business in today time.

We have learned from the very beginning of the career in pharma that we need to call a minimum of ten doctors in a day to get the required business. Today why small enterprises getting great success in pharma is that they tell their representative to talk to the customer, no matter you do less than ten calls.it is a great difference in the mindset of people when they do call or talk about the business from the potential customer. Doing calls to the customer without business orientation refect no objective, but when we tell our people to talk to the customer they are filled with extra confidence.
