In a significant step towards full energy independence from Russia, the Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia will decouple their electricity grid from Russia and sync up with Europe on the weekend of February 8-9. In the meantime, all three nations are moving towards a coordinated plan to produce green hydrogen for export to other parts of Europe.
