Morals – They are our compass.

Morals – They are our compass.

“Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one.” - Marcus Aurelius, Meditations

Our morals are our core beliefs that govern our behaviors and how we live our lives.

Morals are not subjective or arbitrary. They define our conduct.

They are..

Tell the truth;

Have courage;

Keep your promises;

Do not cheat;

Treat others as you want to be treated;

Be trustworthy;

Do not judge;

Be dependable;

Respect others;

Have integrity;

Be accountable and take responsibility;

Be tolerant of differences;

Seek justice;

Have humility;

Be generous.

The Ten Commandments are the basis for many of society’s morals.

“Your conscience is the measure of the honesty of your selfishness. Listen to it carefully.” - ― Richard Bach
