MORAL EVIL AND THE USTA LEADERSHIP By Javier Palenque

In light of the horrific actions to defend the nefarious culture of the USTA that the Chairman, the board, and the CEO have taken to defend the indefensible positions that they take, I decided to enlighten you with a very simple concept: Moral Evil.

Moral evil refers to actions or behaviors that are considered morally wrong or unethical according to societal, religious, or philosophical standards. These actions are typically believed to cause harm, suffering, or injustice to others and are condemned on moral grounds. (please put yourself in the shoes of the poor sexual harassment victims, their families, their finances, and their crushed dreams and futures). Keep reading and have the "cojones" to stand up to the Ol’ Boys clan, the victims could be your kids, your sisters, or your friends.

Examples of moral evil include:

1. Theft: Taking someone else's property without their consent.USTA ACTIONS: Paying incapable executives at the expense of growing the game is theft to the game.
2. Deception: Intentionally misleading or lying to others. USTA ACTIONS: Pretending to care for the mission while a simple look at the finances tells you they are all lying to us FOR YEARS.
3. Betrayal: Violating trust or loyalty to someone. USTA ACTIONS: Imagine sending your daughter to train at the national Campus, and they all betray your trust starting from the CEO who never even bothers to walk the grounds since he does not know how tennis is played.
4. Abuse: Inflicting physical, emotional, or psychological harm on others. USTA ACTIONS: Imagine the actions of the useless lawyers of the USTA who protect their jobs at the expense of the kids and parents and the future of the sport. Thirty-one sexual harassment cases in the last five years, one every six months kept quiet.
5. Discrimination: Treating individuals unfairly or unfavorably based on characteristics such as race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.USTA ACTIONS: Simply ask the CEO how many racism lawsuits the clan has settled in the past few years, the same for sexual harassment, IT IS DEPLORABLE. Why do you think the Chairman censored me and blocked my board membership application? Because the first thing I will do is get him out of the building, I do not share a table with people of such low caliber.
6. Exploitation: Taking advantage of others for personal gain, often at their expense. USTA ACTIONS: All the leadership exploits their position to keep their welfare and use their power to make sure no one dares to question them. I have been trying for six years, yes six years to hold them accountable and they all hide like cockroaches when you want to expose them or fumigate them if you like the insect allegory.
7. Corruption: Using one's position of power or authority for dishonest or unethical purposes. USTA ACTIONS: If anyone bothers to follow the money, who can justify paying a DEI director $500k+ to care for people who are overpaid and only have work for three months for the US Open, Or the CEO, who has never played tennis, and gets paid four times what President Biden makes and has no clue on how to grow the game or the head of Community Tennis who makes double what Biden makes and does nothing for the game. Paying these people sums of money the game needs is corrupt! It must end. Don’t get me started on capital projects!
8. Injustice: Failing to uphold principles of fairness, equality, or human rights. USTA ACTIONS: When the Chairperson uses the power of the finances of the USTA against a parent or a family it is not only unfair, but also deplorable, and yet these people WILL TELL YOU they are growing the game. They deserve NO respect.
9. To those people who do not like my tone, does it still bother you or does what I try to defend make you regroup? I think you know what is right from wrong. My tone is quiet in the broader picture.

Now let us review, what happened in this sexual harassment case that made news these last few months. Please for a moment think how the decision-making process works for the clan.

1. They learn about the incident and hide the incident until it can make noise of its own.
2. They evaluate or wait if the parents of the victim have funds or not to fight.
3. If parents have funds, they lawyer up and make it extremely expensive to fight against with the mission’s money, not their own.
4. They try to settle with the insurance company’s money, which is OK up to a point. Please recognize the welfare and evil mentality.
5. If none of that works and the press can reveal the culture of obstruction and welfare that they cherish and protect, the board presses on to break the backs of the parents and victim.
6. If nothing else works, they try to silence anyone, much more so if it is a famous star in her own right who may put in danger their welfare checks, Pam Shriver.
7. They keep using the kids' money to defend their incompetence and ineptitude and do not care what the world thinks. If this is not moral evil, what is it?

As I said before, what I have read, know, and am aware of is enough for me to ask for the immediate resignation of the Chairman of the board, the board, and the CEO who never has played tennis in his life.

The sport does need new leadership and to have the Ol’d Clan obliterated out of the building.? The game needs decent humans, with values and people who can understand these three simple words “ Growing the Game.” On my first day in the office, I want all the furniture and anything these people touched fumigated and thrown out of the building. ?There is only one correct decision from the board at this moment in time, and it is for all to submit to me their resignations, which I will accept immediately, these people need to be as far away from our kids as is humanly possible.
