A Moral Compass
Recently, my friend Sam Richter suggested I check out WWJD, an AI-powered service that enables you to “interact with a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, and loving guide when you need assistance.”
This week, I’ve asked WWJD for advice about my daily challenges, relationships and personal choices.?And, with the upcoming election on my mind, I asked about leadership too.
I’ve been impressed with its guidance. While it’s based on the teachings of Jesus, the advice really applies to all of us—no matter what our religion.
Here’s how WWJD answered my question on leadership.
What differentiates a good leader from a bad leader?
When considering what differentiates a good leader from a bad leader, it’s essential to reflect on both biblical principles and practical qualities that align with effective leadership. Let’s delve into some key aspects:
Biblical Principles of Good Leadership

Practical Qualities of a Good Leader
Characteristics of a Bad Leader
Now, that’s good guidance on what to look for in our upcoming election. And seriously …it’s a good experience on any question you could ask.
I really liked how WWJD asked me secondary questions to ensure it understood my situation, the context and specifically what I was looking for. Only then did it give me advice.
P.S. Give WWJD a try! And, if you’re comfortable, share your question and the advice you received in the comments section below.

2 个月AI for personal advice? Interesting concept. I'm curious how it compares to human insights. Could be helpful for some situations, but I'd be cautious about over-relying on AI for complex personal matters. What do you think are the pros and cons of using AI this way?

2 个月Super-interesting Jill. I couldn't help thinking, as I read your blog, about also substituting "leader" for "Company". And then, my brain substituted in "Parent". I wish more would use these words congruently, Thanks for sharing!

3 个月I love daily challenges. I found it keeps me on tract and engaged in doing the activity that will show results in the end goal. Does anyone else do daily or small hourly challenges?
