Last year ECI replaced the barrier gate at The Moorings in Arlington Heights, IL. It is pictured to the left at the entrance lane next to the guard house.
We used the?Magnetic?Access Pro Long to replace an old gate. The longer arm (19.5 feet) extends across the wide lane to improve control of vehicles entering the premises. This wider span reduces the likelihood of someone driving around the end of the gate.
Three other models in the Magnetic Access Barrier series include The Access and Access Pro that each span lanes up to 11.5 feet and the Access-L which can go up to 16.4 feet. Each model offers unique features tailored to specific needs, ensuring that clients can select the best option for their requirements.
Please note that for longer booms over 11.5 feet additional support structures are needed. Pendulum supports (as shown) or support posts are required to ensure stability and safety during operation.
Several standard and optional features include:
These barriers are built for longevity. They are designed to withstand up to 10 million opening and closing cycles with minimal maintenance. Its quiet and efficient operation means lower operational costs over time.
