Montreal - 2,500 Guests

With 2,500 guests for this Welcome Event that was held at the Montreal Central Station we created a travel activity that sent them to each of Canada's provinces (theme stations) within the venue to get their train voucher stamped. Goal was to visit all provinces to have their voucher stamped by each train conductor that met them at each ticket counter by the custom made Cabooses which represented each of the districts. The winner was drawn at the opening session the next day. The true intention was to keep the guests moving though out the event so they could try each of the food stations from the various destinations. The floral and theme centerpieces dressed all of the guest tables and tied with the perimeter decor (Cabooses) without taking away from this historic building.
