The Healthcare Show

The MonticelloAM team had the pleasure of attending The Healthcare Show last month in New Jersey.

Senior Managing Director, Joseph Borenstein, participated in the "Capital Markets Insights: Funding the Next Era of Long-Term Care" session at the conference.

The panel covered the current rate environment and how lenders have had to adjust their various credit boxes to adapt to a shifting landscape. Overall, the panel had a positive sentiment for 2025 as M&A and deal activity is picking up.
