MyBranch proudly hosted its first virtual activity—a session on ergonomics aimed at enhancing workspace comfort and productivity.
Led by Dr. Shalushubham Keni, an expert physiotherapist from Apollo Hospital, the session provided practical tips to maintain proper body posture.
Dr. Shalu holds a Master's in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Cardio-Respiratory from Pravara Medical University and has 12 years of experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She has worked with renowned institutions like Prince Ali Khan Hospital and Apollo Hospital Belapur, and has published papers in both international and national journals.
