Big News! Oxygen is evolving!
Oxford HR is thrilled to announce that starting January 1st, 2025, our design service Oxygen, will be operating as a fully independent agency – Oxygen Communications Ltd.
Since the founding of Oxygen by Suzie Mills , Ruth Davis is and Tim Brann in 2020, they have been proud to operate as a service arm of Oxford HR as well as our internal comms team, working alongside amazing clients to shape brands, create sustainable websites and deliver impactful graphic design. With the team growing over the years, bringing on board talented people like Paul Simpson and Meera Govind , and working with associates such as Tracy Johnson and Eliott Benoist, they’ve partnered with even more purpose-driven organisations to help amplify their missions.
With the full support of Oxford HR, they’re ready to spread their wings and achieve even more as an independent, majority female-owned agency, working with networks like Clean Creatives, Creatives for Climate Collective, and Design Declares as part of their commitment to sustainability and positive change within the design industry. Oxford HR will continue to work with Oxygen as our agency of choice.

Understanding Carbon Exchange
Carbon exchange is a hot and sometimes controversial topic, but understanding what it entails along with its risks, opportunities, and challenges is essential.
We interviewed Nicholas Rowley, founder of Green Asset Exchange, who provided insights into the world of carbon credit trading and its potential to drive climate solutions.
What is a carbon credit exchange?
Historically carbon credits were traded OTC but due to this information on pricing and volumes were hard to come by and brokers were taking a huge percentage of the credits and thus less revenue was going to the projects, transactions were also complicated and had counter party risks.
