I am part cyborg on account of my titanium femur.
What have you gained from working at Northwestern Glass Fab?
Invaluable experience in both the glass industry and in working in business in general. I am an entirely different person both professionally and in general as a result of my time here from the things I have learned and the people I have met.?
What has your experience been with the Northwestern Glass Fab?culture?
Everyone is a joy to work with and are always willing to help, which was especially important early on as I was new to the industry. Coming from a large corporation in retail, people here actually act like humans which is awesome. Shout out to my cubemate for being subjected to just north of 1 million questions over the last 11 months!?
What interested you about working at Northwestern Glass Fab?
I got an Indeed notification and the job seemed perfect! I was qualified. I like making things and had experience with design and blueprints. There was a work from home option with the job and a small team instead of just a sea of faces! I always like learning new things and the glass industry seemed like a cool thing to dive into.?
