?? Congratulations on the successful doctoral defense

On December 13th, Elisabeth Fa?bender successfully defended her dissertation on "Between Climate Protection and Adaptation – Impacts of Building-Integrated Photovoltaics on the Urban Thermal Microclimate and Negotiation of Solar, Green, and Redensification Strategies."

Her research provides valuable insights into the role of building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) in balancing climate protection and urban adaptation, addressing key challenges in solar energy use, urban greenery, and densification. Congratulations on this achievement, and all the best for the future! ??

?? Chair Meeting & Christmas Party

On the 18th of December, we came together for a wonderful evening to celebrate the end of the year. We started with a team meeting, reflecting on the past year’s achievements and looking ahead to exciting new projects (coming soon). After that, we enjoyed the festive atmosphere at the Christmas market on the Alte Utting, sharing mulled wine and good conversations. To top it all off, we warmed up with a delicious hotpot dinner, the perfect way to close the evening.
