As the summer holidays end and schools go back, for those in the workplace, it could be a time to reset and think about how you approach your day job. Learning is usually a fulfilling experience. For many, a sense of not learning leaves a sense of a missed opportunity.
But how often do we actively seek to learn? I am not meaning going on a course or taking an exam, but in our everyday lives. One example of this is recognising when working with colleagues, what types of questions do you ask. Using the technique of Learner questions below can really make a difference to you and your organisation and help get to better solutions:

5 年Like this and agree totally. The learning process is continuous and a welcoming experience. Thats what I enjoy in my consulting work. But there is more - sharing the knowledge and helping others around you to learn, whether colleagues, clients, family, friends, etc. Teach a person to fish rather than buy them a fish.?
