I have been doing much healing with various mentors as I was called to do so but I didn’t know why… Do you ever have that?

When you know you have an inkling or not you to do something and you trust right? That it is for a reason and we don’t have to know why.

This is exactly what I was doing and throughout this I feel like I have completely and utterly transformed on levels like never before… I feel different inside, I exude a different energy, my home and my business and everything just feels different in a much lighter, more easeful, more lovely way.

YOU MAY HAVE SEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN TALKING MUCH ABOUT A ALCHEMY AND THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME… I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY ALCHEMISING…REBIRTHING SOME MAY CALL IT…

Ever since I was about 19 or 20, I was journeying with extreme anxiety to the point where i became agoraphobic…. I didn’t even know what it was at the time I just knew that life was different ever since that moment.

I have tried so many different Healing‘s and coaches and therapies and it wasn’t until just a few years ago when it all started to slot into place.

Things were different in those days...it was seen as a weakness if your mental health was tip top.

I was letting go of the responsibility I had held from having to parent a parent from a young age, I was unbinding and unweaving from stories or voices or habits that have been held within my body, some of which weren’t even mine! They were just passed down through my family but I had carried them like a weight and a burden.

I knew, I was always slightly different to the rest of my family… Insofar as my energy was different… And I connected to the fact that I am the one that is to clear away the lineage of stuckness.

All the thoughts on the feelings that have been carried through my family, be that of the grade A student, the patriarchal almost Margaret Thatcher like rigidity so that my boy and myself, can begin to live a completely different life.

So this month I have been heavily moving through this and it has just been the most uplifting alchemical adventure, journey, whatever you would like to call ever!

I am seeing more and more of what I am, and less and less of what I was told I was or should be.

So I wanted to share this with you through these words as it is when we can see others moving through emotions or mindsets or energies, that we can see that within our self to right? Like a reflection.

So that is what I have been doing through April! As well as sharing the most magical time with my boy and my heart opening other half...because it is so important to create the smiles and magical memories from the inside as we all say it and I know it makes me sound really old as I do… But time goes so fast! They grow up so quick!

We have enjoyed having giant ice creams, planting new vegetables and fruits in the garden, or just waking up and going with the flow and not having any routine!

So this is what life has been like for me over the past month… And as we blossom and bloom closer towards summer, I can feel myself expanding into full bloom within myself.
