Monthly food for thought for research leaders

Monthly food for thought for research leaders

Welcome to the 1st edition of our monthly newsletter.

In this edition we are sharing a case study of working with a university to develop a successful anchor tenant strategy for their research precinct. Over the course of a long-standing relationship we have helped this client to re-imagine the role of strategy 'from wish making to critical decision making'. This shift has meant understanding that strategy is more than just vague and lofty statements about ambition. Instead, their strategy design work now focuses on solving the complex challenges that are stopping them from realising their ambitions.

We also share below our regular thought provoking insights from LinkedIn including analysis and strategic insights from our work with clients.

And in company news, we welcome the newest member of our team, relaunch our website, and have standardised our offerings and pricing. In our website relaunch we have focused on providing more case studies of how we work and what we achieve. We have also provided full transparency into our pricing, including standard pricing for our service offerings.

I hope you enjoy this edition, and please make a time to speak with me if you want to work with us or just learn more about anything you read below.

Enjoy reading,

On our website you can now access our standardised pricing for our strategy design and training and coaching. If you click on the services you will be able see our 2024 pricing.
