Unexpected delivery costs are one of the top reasons for cart abandonment. For consumers, being able to access up-to-date delivery information before checkout is essential — yet, it’s a tedious process for merchants when done manually. That’s what Ingrid FAQ Widget solves.

It’s a new widget that shows the delivery information (available delivery types, carriers, prices, and estimated times) per country, on a separate page. This way, customers can access and review them before making a purchase, while merchants don’t have to spend a lot of time maintaining the page.?Read more about the widget →
