This month's dose takes me back to my hometown - Cincinnati - and this story reveals the na?veté I carried with me in my early years. Nehemiah Manufacturing "licenses/acquires brands, innovates new concepts and contract manufacturers products." As a young professional, this would have seemed boring and unappealing.?

Later in my journey, I realized any company can create impact especially when someone like Dan Meyer is in charge. Of the 200+ employees, two-thirds are "second chance" citizens - recovering addicts or previously incarcerated. Nehemiah was designed to "come into the inner city core and provide jobs for those that are in most need." Wow.
