This Month in Safety Recruitment: July Newsletter
It's been an engaging month in Safety Recruitment and the OH&S Sector. The focus on addressing workplace aggression is prominent, particularly from customers and the general public. Additionally, there is an ongoing discussion about the multilingual challenges of providing suitable safety instructions to both employees and contractors who are not native English speakers.
There has been an increase in redundancies, potentially due to current market dynamics, global governmental changes, or adjustments to salary expectations post-COVID. Regardless of the cause, the industry is undoubtedly experiencing a period of significant change.
