Month of Growth & Gratitude: February at amber

Introduction

At amber, where things are always buzzing, February took the spotlight without a doubt and set our expectations high (and it’s only the second month!). The month kick-started with the news of a whopping $21M in institutional funding by Gaja Capital, a major milestone we couldn't wait to celebrate.

amber made it to the top 100! Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd. HR?- a leading executive search firm in India, spotlighted amber as one of the top 100 Indian startups to look out for! It's a recognition we hold dear and wholeheartedly agree with!

Our social media interns’ and social media managers' hard work also got the ultimate validation.

amber Off-beat

Toes in the grass, laughter in the air, and no sound of Slack notifications around. Our growth team’s off-site retreat was a breath of fresh air. We knew the outing was successful because we heard, “We should have more of these”, more than we could keep track of.

Away from Excel but towards excellence - the data and partnership team got their well-deserved break from the hustle as the teams went for their monthly team supper. Good food, great company, and zero talk of work— sometimes, this is all one needs!

Operations Team’ Meet

The OPS team joined us for the 4-day training program and met their fellow colleagues outside the landscape desktop view as they joined us at the Pune HQ, breathed the office air and tested office chairs. ??
