ConcreteZero initiative
Around 8%?of global human-produced carbon emissions result from the production of cement.
Buro Happold joined ConcreteZero as a founding signatory. The initiative aims to bring together organisations to create a global market for net zero concrete, setting a clear pathway to 100% net zero concrete by 2050.
Boston Seaport District
Buro Happold has been engaged to provide multidisciplinary consultancy for Boston’s Seaport District. A transformational regeneration project and the single largest active development project in Boston’s history, the work supports the?city of Boston’s pledge to be carbon neutral by 2050.
