National Inclusion Week

We celebrated National Inclusion Week in style with a fireside chat with none other than Olympian Tom Daley. The diver and LGBTQ+ advocate joined us at our Reading office for a powerful discussion around allyship, inclusion – and of course, knitting!?

We also announced our partnership with Evenbreak - a disability job board run for and by disabled employees. This will support us in attracting and recruiting more disabled people into our workplace, and forms part of our All In DE&I strategy to better reflect the diverse communities we serve.

Ekkosense

As reducing our energy usage is a key part of our sustainability strategy, we’re working with Ekkosense to optimise our data centres – ensuring they operate efficiently and making airflow and cooling improvements to save 760 tonnes of carbon dioxide. ?

Broadband bills

The winter months are closing in and we’ve shared some options to stay connected.

We spent two days down at the ExCel London for Connected Britain, where we spoke to local authorities about all things connectivity and how we’re accelerating the UK’s fibre rollout. ?

We also had speakers – including our CEO Lutz Schüler, from across the business, talking about our position as the UK’s biggest fibre challenger and the vital work underway to connect the digitally excluded. ?
