Your customer service really is a joke. I privately messaged you as you requested and still your communication is absolutely SHOCKING!

VMO2 home broadband must have sorted out their network issues with home broadband. I saw Open signal's review, as per review VMO2 broadband is the benchmark for reliability in the UK. I had reliability issues from 2016-2022, during 2016-2020 I had an additional broadband provider to keep me connected. I requested VMO2 home broadband to be stopped in time before the contract term date ends, which after a few attempts got my request of termination for VMO2 services to be terminated and equipment returned. I have serious doubts about the reliability and performance. Shout out to anyone who currently has VMO2 as a home broadband service provider, how is the home broadband now? Is it fast and reliable? Are all your devices and apps working properly? I was having issues with almost all my devices? Including Nooie smart plug, maybe all has been fixed by VMO2 but I look forward to some posts from current service users or VMO2 team. Appreciate any feedback, many thanks in advance.
