As a parent,guardian or a teacher what are your views toward rewards.Do you think is alright to reward your child with gifts or trips when they please you? As a teacher i strongly advise against any form of reward and even grading.This is because by doing this we end up motivating children on the outside and not on the inside.We distract children from the true goal of work and education which is the joy of work.
