Monkeypox are we informed enough?

I have been following the spread of Monkeypox for some time now because there is a substantial chance it will become a pandemic. I hope the hoteliers and hotel groups notice what may be the COVID follow on. Hotel, Resort and Ships Doctors need to be fully informed, and their nursing staff need to know what to look out for.
The outbreak has started to triple every week. Monkeypox can spread through people coughing, sneezing, and all bodily fluids. Or by touching a contaminated person.
Today the British Broadcasting Corporation [BBC] News announced, "The World Health Organization [WHO] says this is the first time so many cases have been reported at the same time in widely disparate areas."
BBC: "There have been 780 confirmed cases of monkeypox in countries where the virus is not usually found, the World Health Organization says."
BBC: "That is roughly triple the 257 cases reported a week ago."
BBC: "It says the figure - for the past three weeks - is probably an underestimate and assesses the global risk level as "moderate"."?
BBC: "The infection is usually mild, but this is the first time it has spread widely outside Central and West Africa."?
The BBC: "The WHO said cases had been identified in 27 countries where it is not already "endemic" - meaning places not expected to be found."
BBC: "Most of these new cases are in Europe and North America and small numbers in Mexico, Argentina, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates."
"Monkey poxviruses (MPXVs) are large DNA viruses. As a member of the Orthopoxvirus genus in the family Poxviridae, MPXV is subdivided into the West African and Congo Basin clades," the authors then state. "The latter is more pathogenic and has been reported to infect humans in various parts of the world," the article adds.

"For MPXV [monkeypox] detection, Li et al. reported that the C3L (complement-binding protein) gene could be used as the qPCR target for the MPXV Congo Basin strain," the authors add. "Since MPXV infection has never been associated with an outbreak in China, the viral genomic material required for qPCR detection is unavailable."
Importantly, no "patient zero" has been identified as the originator of the 2022 monkeypox outbreak. Communist China has not been singled out as implicated in the outbreak, said the World Health Organization.
The Chinese government have announced they already have test kits and will have a Monkeypox vaccine available shortly, certainly before the end of the year.

2 年June 08, 2022 Monkeypox has been declared a notifiable disease in England, meaning all medics must alert local health authorities to suspected cases. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) said laboratories must also tell it if the virus is identified in a sample.? To date, 321 infections have been confirmed in the UK.
