The Dam Rehabilitation and Improvement Project (DRIP) is one of India’s most significant infrastructure initiatives, aiming to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of over 225 dams across the country. Spearheaded by the Central Water Commission with financial backing from the World Bank, DRIP focuses on upgrading aging dam infrastructure with modern safety measures and monitoring systems. ? ?
Encardio Rite has been providing geotechnical instrumentation and real-time monitoring solutions for 58 of these dams. By implementing technologies such as automated data collection and remote monitoring via Drishti software,?we ensure continuous oversight, enabling timely intervention and risk mitigation. ?

Independence Day Cleanliness Drive ?
Encardio Rite celebrated Independence Day with a meaningful and impactful initiative—a Cleanliness Drive held on 13th August 2024 in the Lucknow office and on 14th August 2024 in the Delhi office. The event, aimed at promoting a cleaner environment and assisting those in need, saw enthusiastic participation from employees across both locations.?
The drive had multiple components, encouraging employees to donate usable items such as old clothes, shoes, and toys. These items, placed in donation boxes strategically set up on each floor, were intended for distribution through partnerships with NGOs like Sarthak Foundation and Goonj. In addition, employees were motivated to declutter their workspaces by removing unnecessary documents and items, promoting a more organized and efficient work environment.?
The response to this initiative was overwhelming, with nearly 20-30 donation cartons collected, showcasing the collective spirit and generosity of the Encardio Rite team. The effort was not just a testament to the company's commitment to social responsibility but also highlighted the importance of coming together to make a positive difference in the community.?
