Handle first-responder duties for support and alerts
Do basic ticket work such as provisioning, configuration, DDL, and DML

The project will provide support for the business unit in various efforts that are expected to deliver cost reductions. This contractor team will focus on:
* Migration to AMQ (Amazon Messaging Queue).
* Decommissioning AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances
* Resizing of clusters to save cost
* Consolidation of QA clusters to save cost
