The Money is Still in the Follow-up

I wanted to share a highly effective growth tip for you and your business.?

This is a great way to quickly generate some leads / appointments and probably even land a few clients.

Re-engage / Follow-up with prior Leads using these steps:

(1) Create / build a list of people with whom you've met but didn't engage your services.??Maybe just start with the last year or two.

(2) From there, you can determine who to follow-up with via value-add Email or Phone Call with a?compelling reason?for them to respond favorably and maybe even agree to a follow-up discussion.

Here's what?I recommend if you don't have an up-to-date CRM system.

Export your calendar to a spreadsheet.

I use Google Calendar and a tool called Pav*r | Simple Time Tracking & Billing for Google Calendar? ?($10 / month and cancel anytime) to export calendar events into a spreadsheet.

Once you get the?data into a spreadsheet, you can quickly sort, remove duplicates, and identify a list of people with whom you've met but didn't engage your services.

From there, you can determine with whom to follow-up.
