Mondays just got a brand new meaning

Mondays just got a brand new meaning

Hey,

Mondays are tricky, aren’t they? Everyone is grumbling about the weekend ending while trying to look productive on Zoom. But I think Mondays are underrated — a blank slate to set the tone for the week.

That’s why I’m launching Brand It Monday over on my LinkedIn page.

Why? Because as founders, brand managers, marketers, and communicators, we spend so much time doing that we rarely stop to think.

Think about the brand elements that quietly shape everything:

  • The tone your website speaks in
  • The story your logo tells (or doesn’t)
  • How your social media captions sound when nobody's proofreading

You get the picture.

These aren’t just "nice-to-haves." They’re make-or-break details for your brand.

A space to think (without the pressure)

Every Monday, I’ll share a fun and thought-provoking prompt to help you pause and reflect on your brand. Not a corporate sermon — just real talk with questions that make you go, "Hmm, I never thought about that."

Like this one:

Sounds simple, but it says a lot about how people see you.

Let’s do this together

I’m not here to preach; I’m here to learn alongside you. Building a brand is a journey, and we all have blind spots.

So come hang out with me on LinkedIn every Monday for Brand It Monday. Let’s think, share, and grow our brands together — one thoughtful prompt at a time.

What’s one part of your brand you rarely think about but know you should? Hit reply or drop a comment. I’d love to hear from you.

See you Monday!

Great prompt Pam! I am with you on this because I haven't been taking branding myself serious yet I know I should. I am that person who will do great things, visit nice places and keep quiet about it like it never happened
