???? Monday Motivation: Move, Nourish, Thrive! ????
"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." – Jim Rohn
This week, let’s focus on respecting our bodies and celebrating all the incredible things they can do. Whether it’s lifting weights, tackling a quick HIIT session, or taking a gentle walk, any movement is a good start. Remember, progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
But it’s not just about exercise—thriving in mind and body means focusing on the whole picture:
?? Prioritise quality sleep (aim for 7-9 hours!)—it’s when your body repairs and recharges.
?? Fuel yourself with whole, nutrient-dense foods to keep your energy high and cravings in check.
??♀? Make time to destress, whether it’s through meditation, breathwork, or even 10 minutes of stillness.
?? And don’t forget about self-care—because treating yourself with kindness is the foundation of health.
Every small step you take adds up to big changes. So, what’s one thing you’ll commit to this week to honour and care for your amazing body? Let’s thrive together! ???

I tried something called sea moss it helps a little bit I just wanted to see what your opinion was and what I could do and if you knew anything about sea moss??
