Don't look back, you're not going that way...

I have noticed on so many occasions that people hold themselves back from their own greatness based on situations and circumstances that they have gone through in their past lives. Challenges at school, challenges in a job, personal challenges in a relationship, family issues, failure in something they were excited about and so on.

One thing I have learnt over the years having had some tough personal challenges myself in the past is this. We can't influence the past, but we can learn from it. We need to leave the past behind, take the good stuff forward and grow ourselves so we can enjoy all that is coming our way. We are all in control of our futures and have the freedom of choice as to how we live our life, don't let the past spoil the future.
