“Persistence isn’t a one-day miracle. It is a conscious choice translated into the habit”, says Ankur Warikoo, a talented entrepreneur,?an angel investor, a YouTuber, a motivational speaker, and the founder of hyper-local merchant listing company Nearbuy.com.

Coming from a middle-class family, Ankur led his life with bare minimum resources, but he was always determined to achieve bigger goals and never stopped dreaming. There was a time when he was not happy with what he was doing and suppressed his feelings for many years before finally realizing that this was not the path for him. He worked at Kearney for three years after completing his MBA and finally went out to start his own company in 2010. He was the CEO of Groupon and led the business for four years, after which he started nearby, which did an amazing job of rebranding Groupon and experienced five times the growth earlier. Ankur Warikoo is an inspiration to all young people and urges them to discover the world that lies outside their comfort zone, and stop living life being an entitled person.
