People Leaders, Miel BeLux?- As a teacher and mentor in the practice of Unbossing?one can inspire, explain and motivate as much as one wants, in the end it's the people and teams themselves that have to do it. That is easier said than done, especially in large, traditional organizations. Therefore, I'm always super inspired by those who dare to be the change they wish to see, like the People Leaders at Miele BeLux.?It's a long and challenging journey?that requires a lot of courage! So please, like?this LinkedIn post?to show them your support. And follow their example in your own company too. Because the world needs more Unbossers.
Unbossed scale-up I'm supporting?-?
5th industry, the productivity cloud for the factory?- Co-founder?Robert Harms?was a participant at the global unbossing roundtable. After years of unbossing experience in blue-collar environments he decided to build an app to help factory workers communicate and collaborate better. Their solution saves a factory 20M€ a year. How I'm further unbossing myself -?
Yin Yoga with Kassandra?- Unbossing yourself means dealing with your inner voices - insecurities, fears, bad behaviors, e.g your ego?- and living a life true to yourself and your purpose, both mentally and physically healthy. Well, a?couple of weeks ago I followed a Yin Yoga class and my inner voices went crazy. Confronted with the stiffness of my physical body I was judging myself, looking for excuses and?blaming the teacher. In short: I wanted to run away.?
The past years I have been training intensively on strength and core stability ignoring my own flexibility. High-intensity training?is my comfort zone as?I have loads of energy burning like fire. I lack however the smoothness and calmness of water and I feel that my soul, body and mind needs that too. So I'm trying to integrate?Yin Yoga in my routines. A very humbling experience. #unbossyourself
