Countdown to Global Unbossing Roundtable, Ibiza 2022?- I'm writing this email from the Unbossed Island of Ibiza where I'm co-hosting the Global Unbossing Roundtable 2022. As of Friday, we will welcome a unique, complementary and international?group of thought leaders, academics and young high-potentials from companies like Tomorrowland, Buurtzorg and Fujitsu. We will spent three days together:?No name tags. No agenda. No technology. Minimal facilitation. Just deep human connections between Unbossers inspired by iconic locations and each other. Infinite gratitude to?Thomas Hubbuch?for this initiative!!??

In other words, the traditional borders of the classic organization dissolve and organizations will have to mobilize third-party resources to help users provide more value. Great article and a lot of unbossing to do to make this possible for most big organizations.?
