Monday Mindset

Mondays, whether you are working out in 'the real world' or working from home, I have put together a few top tips to help you master yourself, your day, your week!

1) Take 5 to PP, Prioritize, and Plan, lets face it the most enjoyable tasks are the tasks that need to be done. So get organized and prioritize the day's tasks using an Important Urgent Matrix (Comment below to find out more about this).

2) Set Key Times to Check Tech

Procrastination affects the very best of us and there is nothing more distracting than notifications pinging every minute. So to get in the right Monday Mindset limited your tech use, email, social, what's app, phone calls to set times in the day. If it is urgent people will let you know.

3) Hydrate. This is one of the most important SelfCare tips. Your body is 90% water, act like it by keeping it topped up. Join my Self Care to Self Mastery to find out more amazing self-care tips and the reason why you just can't do without these.

4)Eat well, throughout the day you will have energy highs and lows and your body will crave different things depending on whether your high or low. Get to know your slumps and choose optimum nutrition to keep you at your best throughout the day and week.

5) Stretch and Flex, take time away from what you are doing to connect with your body and your breath and stretch and flex those muscles. Especially those sitting at a desk all day. For more stretch and flex top tips get in touch.

6) Postpone, just because it is urgent for someone else, doesn't mean it is urgent or a priority for you. Get comfortable with setting boundaries and saying no to things that distract you from what you need to get done. Give yourself time by letting people know you will get back to them when you can make time for what they need!
