MONDAY MEDICALS

Being in good health is a luxury that most of us can afford but we choose not to. We know what we should do and how we can keep in shape but we allow other activities take over. 

Take me for example, i have been planning and planning on starting work out sessions but i never get around to it. I even got involved with a gym but i didn't go after day one. I keep pushing it to the back of my priorities which is terrible for me and my health.

Making our health a priority requires a conscious effort. You have to deliberately 

Watch what you eat

Watch your food portions

Take walks or get involved in a gym

Avoid sun exposure 

Listen to your body

You have to do it consciously. 


Listening to our body is very important because most times, we have the signs or symptoms before we have the health issue. 


When it comes to your sight, there are signs we should look out for

redness

Itching 

Pains

Discharges

Blurred vision 

Consistent headaches 

Cloudy vision

Photo sensitivity 

The above are some of the common signs. 

Don't wait to see if it will resolve, visit your hospital. 

Early detection is paramount. 


So today, what's your body telling you? 


Get out of bed? 

Walk more? 

Take more water? 

Rest more? 

Go for check up? 


Whichever one, listen to it and it may just save you.
